Letting Go

I am a wreck about my friend, Michele. Sometimes I want to cry and sometimes I am really angry at her. This is the one who said, don't write, email, call, text. She seems so nice professionally, but GOD!!! I just want to go to her room and say "can we talk?"I can't seem to let her go. I know times heals, but not fast enough. Any suggestions out there?

No problem blue. I just care about you and if ex/bf is taking it this way well, you never know what or how she will react to a letter or your trying to connect with her when she told you not to in anyway and she seems to mean it.
I would wait and let her make the first move if she will and maybe she won't.
I would try to get her out of my emotional self. Everytime you think of her, tell yourself it is over and never going to happen. Let it hurt but then tell yourself you are hurting for someone who does not seem to care and the pain is not worth it.
I care about you blue, and hate to know you are out there hurting like this.
Hugs,
Laurie

He may very well already have an idea and just not want to admit as you said.

Good point, Laurie, about not giving the letter to her at work. I hadn't thought about that when I suggested it.

ok blue, i'm having hard time understanding your post.it's all confused to me.. were you a nd her involved or was it just professional?Do y'all live together?if it was just professioanl i would.'t push it to find out what is going on..If you were involved sexaully then of course i would do anything to find out what is going on..including going to her room like you said..

(I snickered when you suggested finding a lesbian bar in Lancaster...all I could picture was a group of Amish women kicking up their heels! lolol)
