I answered this before and it got lost.

My family consists of 3 sisters who's claim to fame is that their sister is a Lesbian. They say it with great destain. Good news is most people know me personally and pay them no mind. I have separated myself from them all together. No need trying to seek their approval for what I am.....I'm proud, successful and I love life. I'm pursuing happiness and it doesn't lie behind door number one. I've learned to stay away from negative people.

Since I have not been around my family they can't blame me for one of my nieces who is totally out with her family. I know it;s killing my sister inside that she is just like me. lol...........Some day my niece is going to come visit. She feels trapped at home. My door is always open to her. Well enough said

Well, you can pick your nose, and you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family. I am sorry your sisters cannot seem to accept you. They don't know what they are missing! It's nice that there is a safe haven for your niece.

Yeah your right about that! But, I have the two most beautiful children in the whole world. I know I'm biased being a mom and all. But, I have a loving relationship with them, I have my partner! Additionally, great friends here at the board and in my home town. As you know Laurie and I are from the same home town which is really neat! So all's well with the world!

Well, I thought that I had the two most beautiful children in the world. Seems to be a bit of a discrepancy here. I guess each is beautiful in their own way. How's that??
Are you from Youngstown, did you say? I used to live in Tallmadge, among other places. Do you know where that is?

Yeah I think I might have heard of that place! lol Laurie and I are from there, We have been ships passing in the night her and I. Youngstown was a great place to grow up, but, I definitely have evolved and unlike most Youngstown-ers who always go back, I'm not! My parents are all passed and I have no desire to be in contact with the family. Nice thing is that I never have to worry about my parents. I know where they are and they are in good hands! May they rest in peace....
