As you all know as i said in another post i'm stll in closet and by that i mean i haven't said it in words to any one..But, they all suspect and know what is going on..As you see me you know what is going on..I want to come out real bad but as i said i live in tne south..And where i live there aren't much gay ppl around..so i was wondering should i only tell my family and no one else..?

Hi twomoods... In my opinion you should only tell who you are comfortable telling. I came out to a few of my friends first. It actually went over much better than I had been dreading. You may be surprised at how well people actually take it. Especially since you say they may already know. After I told my friends, I decided to tell my extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins) and gauge their reactions. My parents are pretty old-fashioned. I told my co-workers next and then finally my mom. My dad still doesn't know but he isn't in the best of health and I'm not really seeing anyone right now so I don't want to shock him with the knowledge for no real reason. So, the moral of the story is: tell whoever you are comfortable telling when you are comfortable telling them. There's no rush on this... It's a deeply personal thing. But that's all just my opinion :)
