Calm Today, Nervous Tomorrow

Well, women and SB, here I am at home per Dr. mich's orders. lol I got up later than usual, have worked out and eaten breakfast. I am getting ready to clean the bathrooms. I know, I know, I should be doing nothing. Later on I am going to the Harley dealership just to look at the bikes and ask questions. This is relaxing and I am away from my situation.
I know this is going to sound weird, but I am going to be stepping "out" a little tomorrow in going to check out our GBLT caucus in the union. Any suggestions, other than "be myself" as to what to do? I don't know whether to sit quietly in the back or put myself out there and introduce. This is kind of stupid, I know. Most of you are just so sure of yourselves and very comfortable. I'm that way most times, but this is a little out of my comfort zone. I would like to get the way you are. I am starting to get a little nervous. I will probably be a basket case. I was pretty scared when I was going to go in Dec(before I knew y'all), but the meeting was cancelled. Is there anything I should know?

Who got my numbers?
Do they know it's changed for the season? *grin*
Shout?!? I thought it was some secret. *l*
Thanks. babe.
Okay, I have had a couple of drinks, so bear with me. I went to the Gay and Lesbian Caucus this afternoon and there were NINE people, yes, nine. So apparently, the caucus fell apart about 5 years ago and they are trying to resurrect it. I am now a charter member of the new caucus. Who woulda thought? There were very nice people there. I think I get the toaster now, Laurie.
Take care everybody and I am not nervous anymore. God, if I could just find a good woman now. Nobody there did anything for me, but my time will come.
