Seems like yesterday that you came back to the board after I thought I had lost you before I ever met you.
I Love You Baby and I wanted to share that with everyone here because iVillage is so special to us, for such a special reason.
Tonight will be another "Perfect Night" my Sweet Lady, just like that day 3 years ago.

How can anybody be bored with Boston?? So much to see and do there. Three weekends in a row!!!! God, I'd be knocked out. Well, anyway, I, for one, missed you.
Popular?? I hadn't noticed, really. Just havin' fun and being here in such an open and accepting environment. It's easy to have fun when everybody around you joins in to make the conversation lively.
About exercise club...I'm not so sure everybody would be okay with that. I think some of these good folks think that I am somewhat of a crazy person when it comes to this subject. Maybe I am. lol I did start out VERY slowly and that is what I would recommend to anyone. I began at 30 minutes cardio and started adding about a minute per workout, and then began varying my workout time. Then I added strength training just recently. Of course, you gotta cut calories, too.
What would be your vision of an exercise group? I am sure there are places like that on iVillage. None quite as nice as the women here, but there must be people with degrees in exercise physiclogy and physical traning who do this stuff for a living. I would be happy to motivate, set up forms for keeping track of workouts, etc. I put a little sticker in my calendar on the days that I work out. I know I am such a geek/dork.
Anyhow, I am just glad to see you back. I would start locking my door on weekends, if I were you!

If you are volunteering to be our motivational exerciser, I'm electing you to the job! *smile* I'm sure there is somewhere on iV an exercising group, but I just can't signed up to visit another board right now. I preferred to keep it here if T & T2 won't mind. If you are still willing, Blue, how about setting up something down by fun and games section so it won't get lost. I'll signed up for any exercise program you can think up. I already put in 1/2 of steps at the gym before doing 10 lbs weights for another 15 mins. I do want to concentrate on my abs. I'm having difficulty getting rid of the fat on my lower stomache. I do love to walk when I can. I seem to do good walking at the beach on Sundays. *L* Any suggestions???? Any exercising physiclogy or trainers suggestions are welcome too! *SMILE*
BTW, locked doors is no good with surprise visits. *L*
And they know I hate surprises. *shrugged shoulders & grin*
Hehehe...leather is cool. I have black leather pants and a jacket that I adore but don't think I could fit my butt in them right now. ~sigh
Oh yeah - There'll be a day when I can get myself into the black leather pants I have hanging at the back of my closet... *wink
