Do you ever have days when you're not "on" at work or school--you just want to stay in bed or you can't get enough coffee in your system to get going?
Lately, I've been having days like that. It's hard for me to get motivated and give 100% effort.
So...
What tips do you have for getting/staying motivated on your "off" days?

Yep, I do have days like that.
TiNG, I think your hibernation phase is starting.
Oh yes I have those days and it seems more often when it is gloomy out. Not sure if I have any tips other than some Red Bull. I just power thru because I have to and I don't have a choice.
ETA: I love the smell of some pepermint body wash in the shower that usually wakes me up.
