What alternatives do you use to cope ...

What alternatives do you use to cope with anxiety, excluding meds & therapy?
- exercise, including yoga, tai chi, etc.
- hypnotherapy
- relaxation
- breathing exercises
- vitamins, herbs, supplements

Exercise is huge for me - it really does help. I also use some breathing exercises to control my heart rate that I picked up from yoga that really help. When anxiety is particularly bad, I combine the breathing exercises with some visualization that my therapist taught me. I breathe in, imagining that my body is filling with beautiful golden light and, when I breathe out, I imagine pushing that light out of the pores of my body, sweeping away all of the bad and scary things.
Seems to help.
