Hi! Just wondered if you guys have any advice on jobs I can do from home until I can get my agoraphobia under control and get back to an actual job outside the home?!?
My husband is self-employed and my full time income really helped immensely, but now that I am not working I am looking for some type of job I can do from home to help support our family. Any type of tele-commuter job would be great. I worked in the financial industry in accounting for last 15 years. But would love to do anything on the computer/online, maybe online assistance for stores or anything!
Any suggestions or does anyone know of any companies hiring for jobs working from your own home? Thanks for listening! Have a great weekend! hugs, shasta

Thanx Suz! Any help or advice at all would be SO much appreciated.
I know my hubby is getting a little stressed running his own contracting/specialty furniture making business, and then supporting me too!
I am his bookkeeper, but I really don't expect him and his partner (his brother) to pay me for that! I just feel as tho' I am helping the family biz.
Anyways, I agree with you about the 'work from home scams'. I am not willing to pay any money for those so called 'work from home jobs'.
Just looking for something legitimate. Hopefully with a well known company that supports working from home/telecommuting.
Thanks so much for your post! Gives me some much needed hope!
Hope you have a nice relaxing weekend! hugs, shasta

Hi, Shasta! Did you do a google by any chance? I would try that first. Surely there are some jobs that aren't scams. From personal experience, my sis was a medical transcriptionist & she worked from home. She had some schooling & had to be certified. She listened to tapes of doctors dictating patient history's, then typed them up. Medical billing is a big field. You need to know what the different insurance companies expect & probably know the software you're working with. The lady down the street, does invoices for a local business. She is really busy @ the end of the month. She also keeps the inventory for a non profit company. She has 6 kids(hers, his & their's) & likes to be a sahm. She's very resourceful. She leaves @ 3 AM & fills & collects the money from newspaper vending machines. She's back home by 4:30 Am & in bed. It's a lonely job, as noone is out @ that hour & heavy work, as the coins weigh a ton. Just some thoughts. You need to get your name out there, that you are available. Good luck, gf! (((hugs))) jan
