They say that walking can't be beat & walking barefoot is an excellent way to relax. I try to keep busy around the house to get the focus off my anxiety. But, my best results come from mind activities. Meditating, thinking positive thoughts & good old counting work the best. (((hugs))) jan

Hey Girls for me too relax I like to use positive self talk , reading about anxiety and writing in my journal helps , I also like relaxing soft music and a good relaxation tape, if worst comes to worst a plain old brown paper bag always gets my breathing under control.

Counting works the best for me. I also do breathing exercises also.
