I probably should have done other too. I picked shaking because that is the biggest problem for me. I too have stomache problems, trouble breathing, numbness, and at heart racing.

I put "other" because there are several symptoms that I experience. I get numbness in my arms and legs and I cannot get comfortable in my skin. I need to sit and then that worries me so I stand, then I am back to sitting, then I try to lie down. You get the idea - just feeling unsafe no matter what I do. I cry sometimes and that usually means that the attack is coming near its end. Apparently my heart races (I actually got to my doctor's office during a very long attack and my heart rate was tacchycardic) but I don't feel it so much. I do get nausea but have never actually gotten sick.
But the worst part is worrying that it will never end and that the stress of it will just make my mind snap and I will end up never regaining normalcy.
I haven't had an attack in - well I don't want to say in case I jinx it. Suffice it to say it's been awhile. But every now and then my arms will start to feel numb and I think a panic attack is coming on so I get somewhere quiet and try to think grounded thoughts while doing some yoga breathing exercises. This seems to help.
