Hi! Welcome to our caring & supportive community. You are not alone. Many of us when anxious have strange feelings. They leave us pretty scared, too. But, we all went to a doctor to find out for sure what was bothering us. Since we aren't doctors, we can't make a diagnosis for you. Please make an appointment right away to find out for sure. It will give you peace of mind. Then, the doctor can suggest ways to treat your feelings.

Please feel free to read the back posts & join us in chat. You can learn ways to cope with anxiety. Being 14 doesn't mean you can't have anxiety or a medical condition that acts like anxiety. We wish you the best of luck & hope you will come back & let us know what the doctor said.

It can't be good to stare @ the computer screen for hours. I would think that

I am sorry your feeling so scared and anxious. I have wierd feelings all the time that cause me all kinds of anxiety. Like Jan said we are not doctors so you really should go to your doctor and tell him exactly what your feeling. Don't be embarassed, anxiety is a quite common thing. Please feel free to post here and don't feel alone. By the way have you told your parents about this? Maybe they could help you.

Hi and welcome! Anxiety gives people many different symptoms but
you really need to talk to your doctor! I would suggest talking
to an adult either a parent or someone you can confide in!!
Many of us when experiencing bad anxiety worry about dying
it is a stress response- try and listen to some relaxing music
and sit and put your hands on your stomach then breathe in slowly as
your stomach moves out then breathe out as your stomach moves inward.
It may be hard to breathe this way at first but with practice you can
do it! Take care, Judy
