Well today was a little bit better for me today. I took the Claritin Last night and didn't feel quite as bad this morning. I took my Klonopin and the left to take my son to school. I felt pretty bad at his school and then I had to go to the store. I thought about just going home but I decided to go ahead and go to the store. It was pretty bad but I did it. By the time I had to go get my son I was feeling much better and was able to get him with no problems.

Tonight I had some people coming over for a meeting and just before they arrived the dizziness started agian but once they were hear for awhile I felt better. I think that the Klonopin is helping. The only thing that I noticed is when I take it I feel worse for the first 30 minutes then I feel better.

Tomarrow I have to meet a friend at the mall. I am a little nervous but it is something I have to do. My husband is going to go with me. Even though he is not much help at all atleast someone can drive me home if I need it. Wish me luck!

Thank you all for the great help!

We're behind you 100%, Sarah. These small steps you're taking are great! Even though the meds are helping, you have control over your destiny. Facing the fears & pushing through the anxiety is awesome! Give yourself some credit! Wishing you continued success. (((hugs))) jan

So glad your feeling better, I was sooo happy to hear that, have been thinking about you! Did you mind the Clariton? Any side effects, I might try it also, but don't want to feel bad with it, you seem to have been ok with both meds!

Keep up the good work gf!

Hi Brenda!

I don't really seem to be having any side effects from the Claritin but I am not sure it is working or not. Its hard to tell.

Sarah,
Can you tell me what the Claritin and Klonopin do?

Heather,
I am taking the Claritin for allergies just in case that is part of what triggers my anxiety this time of year. I don't know if that is it but I am going to give it a try.

The Klonopin is like a sedative and hopefully it will help me to realx so I don't feel anxious and dizzy all the time. Klonopin is used to treat Panic Disorder a lot the only trouble is that it is addictive.
