Hi All!
I guess it is pretty bad when you get excited about something so small but I wanted to tell you guys anyway.
Today I had to go to AC Moore to get craft supplies. I really did have to go because I am the craft coordinator for our local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group. If I didn't go I would have 65 upset women on my hands! Anyway I thought the pressure of knowing that I had to do this would make it so much worse but I was determined to go. I made my husband go with me and I made it! I was dizzy and shaky when we got there and then I started to feel better. I did still have the mild dizziness the whole time but I made it through.
I was going to share this tonight but I was going over our latest scrapbooking supplies with my business partner and it ran later than I thought. Hopefully I will make it on Thursday.
I do still fell kind of off and I am thinking that I might up the Klolopin to 1/2 of a pill. What do you all think?
Sarah

Nice going, Sarah! You faced the fear head on & made it through. That took alot of determination on your part. Congrats! Thanks for sharing as it will be an inspiration to all of us.
As for your klonopin, as long as you are not taking *more* than what the dr. prescribed, IMHO increasing it to 1/2 pill to cover the anxiety sounds like a plan. Let us know what you decide & if it helps. Good luck & GBU! (((hugs))) jan
Hi Sarah,
Wow good for you. I am at the point that I don't want to go anywhere until the meds start really working. I'm hoping that will be soon :)
That must've been so hard for you but YOU DID IT! I will think of you when I do go out...
As far as the meds go, I'm of no help. This is all so new to me..

That's awesome! Each little victory is a step towards being more functional. My doctor and I discussed the 5mg increase for Paxil and I do occasionally take that extra 5 if I feel the anxiety creeping in.
Good luck and be proud!
