Hi All!
I don't know what is going on with me but for the last couple of days I have been very nauseas. I have a huge fear of throwing up so this is terrible for me. My anxiety has been pretty good so I don't understand the nausea. It happens almost everytime I eat but I have to eat. I just took a bath to try to relax and I feel much worse.
I don't know if this is my anxiety or something else. I don't think it is a virus though.
Any Ideas?
Sarah

I am sorry to hear this, Sarah. It is possible that you have a stomach bug & it will pass as mysteriously as it appeared. I'll keep my fingers crossed. In the meantime, have you tried some ginger tea or ginger ale? That helps me. Also, I occasionally take an antacid & that helps. I have a great fear of vomiting & usually will lay as still as possible & try to ride the feeling out. Breathing & relaxation may work. As for eating, I would try to avoid heavy, highly spiced & fatty foods. I have some tasty Italian ices(lemon is my favorite) that I wish I could share. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck! I am so glad that I am not the only one awake at this time! I haven't tried ginger because it gives me heartburn. I think that the coleslaw I ate for dinner is causing this but I don't know. I wish I could just go to bed but that always makes me feel worse.
Thanks for getting back to me.
Sarah
