that I had a great weekend...???

I took the klonopin and about and hour or so later I felt tired but great ALL DAY. I took it again at 5pm and even had nice dreams last night.
The out of reality feeling was gone... !!! I can't believe that I was so scared of taking it that I had 3 weeks of pure he$#... I just pray that it won't come back.

Today I woke up IN A GOOD MOOD! I took 1/2 a pill right away and we went to church and lunch. At lunch I was starting to feel al bit yucky but I just kept talking and having fun with my friends and kids.

We came home I did a ton of cleaning and listened to the radio really loud!

I am SCARED that this is too good to be true. That tomorrow when dh goes to work that I will fall back into the out of reality feeling. Is it really the meds that are doing this? Or I just wonder if its because its the weekend and dh is with me..? Is klonipin the type to stop working, I mean do you build up a tolerance to it?

I am feeling so great I am just so afraid that its short term and that I will fall back into the same old out if it pattern....

Heather, I always laugh when I read your posts, because you sound so much like me. I'm glad you took it, I was the same way with the xanax. I put it off for 4 years!! When I finally gave in, I told my pdoc that it should be prescribed for everyone at birth, I couldn't believe all those feelings went away! I truly felt "normal" and other than being tired, had NO side effects! It's so great, isn't it! I'm so happy for you. I think you'll do fine on Monday. I had the same fear, I always do better on the weekends, but the klonopin will make a difference, I'm sure, come Monday morning! So, tell me, why are we our own worse enemies? lol

Heather, I so happy for you... Klonopin has been a god send for me also... My Dr. told me it would be years before it would stop working and you just increase your dose if needed...Tomorrow my DH goes back to work and it will be hard for me too, but I just keep hanging in there. If you ever want to talk just let me know.

Heather,

I am so very, very happy for you! :o) I'm sure you will continue feeling better. I don't think it was just the weekend. I'm glad you found something that works!

Whoo hoo! You go, gf! It will be a while before you learn how to control the *what ifs.* But, it will come. Always good to hear from you, Heather! Keep up the good work. Remember that the pill helped, but you have worked hard @ feeling better. Good luck! (((hugs))) jan
