Nice to see you posting again. I take it that you're doing much better, Deborah. Good for you!
I went off xanax back when I found out I was pregnant with my now 17 year old. I didn't have the doctor's ok, as she told me that I would always need the xanax for panic disorder. I proved her wrong, but it was not easy. I wouldn't advise anyone to go it alone. I should have enlisted the aid of @ least my internist. I cut my dose by 1/4 pill
Hi, Deborah! I didn't have any more trouble sleeping than I normally do. I just know I felt *off kilter* & was afraid that without that last pill I was going to panic. That is a difficult feeling. You know, my pdoc said the same thing. "It isn't much of a dose & you're not really addicted to it." But, just like you, I wanted to try.

Hi Deb,
I am new to this and I don't have any advivce for you. I just started klonopin and I don't even want to think about not taking it.
I just wanted to show my support and let you know that if I can help in any way I will...
