That dd of mine has really acted up this week. With the stress came the anxiety. With the anxiety, man have I had some wierd symptoms! I couldn't catch my breath. My left arm ached(probably from spring cleaning and/or gardening) but of course in my mind it was *heart* issues. LOL I had sensations of hot & cold. Suz, I had more complaints than Carter has pills:) Alot of belly breathing & relaxation exercises going on here. They have worked. I am late getting started this morning, as I did some extra meditation. Have a good weekend! (((hugs))) jan

this week i resolved to walk at least 2 miles every day. it has heped tremendously just proving to my self that I am able to get back to my almost normal routine. Just reminding my self of my successes from the day before helps me get through the next day. At the end of the week Im no longer nervous about leaving the house at all. .
