Hi Girls,

I got my period last week, it only lasted 3 days which I thought was weird, I usually have it 5-7.

Anyway it was gone by sunday and then I woke up today and its back again, cramps and all.

Has anyone ever had this happen? I have called the Dr. and I am waiting but I am thinking the worst and getting myself worked up.

Ok,I just spoke to the Dr.

She said that sense my period was short last week that I probably had a 1/2 period and that this is the rest of it comimg out. She said this is common and not to worry. She said that I may have a full period.

Geeze, anything else. I feel that my hands are numb as I type. Good think I just took my klonopin, hopefully it'll work soon and I'll calm down.

I know this is a worry, Heather. However, many women are sensitive to any sort of change & it effects their cycles. Meds can do this & you started lexapro & klonopin. Illness can do this & you & the twins had flu like symptoms. Stress can do it & there's been no let up in that department. I think the dr. got it right. I hope that will ease your mind. After this wedding, you can breathe a big sigh of relief & take a vacation. LOL Maybe things will get back to normal. I hope so. Sending extra prayers for you. (((hugs))) jan

Oh Heather that stinks! Like once a month isn't enough torture. I used to have that happen to me when I had my female plumbing. It's annoying and I do agree with Jan that so many things can set it off. I hope you'll be able to settle under a heating pad for a while to chill those cramps out.

Thanks Girls!

I am just so discouraged.

Last week my best friend was in the ER, Monday I found out that my Grandmother has a blockadge in the neck that went from 80% to 95% so she needs a stint. Then Monday I was leaving my house and the brakes on my truck went, I seriously was scared. That ended up costing us $677.00 yesterday, now this today. AND I still have so much to do to get ready for the wedding.

I am so being tested and I really don't know why!

My periods were all off for the 1st 4 months of my panic attacks. I think it was the added stress. They are just back to normal now, since May! Don't worry, you'll be feeling better soon. I can't wait to hear about the wedding!

Heather,

I had the exact same thing happen as I enetered my 30s. I talked to my mom about it, and she said the same happened her her, that your period changes as you get older. (Not that you are old, lol!) And I confirmed this with the doctor, that it is normal.

I'm so sorry you are having a rough time! I hope things settle down for you very soon!
