Hi,

I am Heather, I am a 26yr old SAHM of twins.

I was recently diagnosed with adjustment disorder with severe anxiety due to some tramatic life events that happened in a short time. I have only been on meds for about 8 weeks. So far so good. I take lexapro and klonopin.

This board has been so GREAT for me. The women here are the BEST and so supportive.

I'm sure that you will find a great support system here!!!

Welcome! I returned after a long hiatus for the same reason you're joining--you suspect these folks are really supportive and kind. You know what? You're right. :) These gals are great, and I too look forward to making some new connections.

Best to you!

Hey there, I'm pretty new here too. LOVE YOUR Sign in name. I feel the same way. That did give me a chuckle....and chuckles are hard to come by lately. My son is going thru a divorce and what his wife has put him through the last year......mygivadamsbusted TOO!! I have had anxiety attacks for a year now.....it's not much fun. I am on Xanax....and this stress doesn't help one bit. One day, things are pretty good with the situation and the next day she has us running in circles again. Anyway, welcome, and hope this board helps, it has helped me a lot. Jan
