I have my final exam tomorrow for my summer class (which i hate!!) and i can feel my anxiety levels going through the roof. I just feel like the information is not sticking to my brain, and Im not understanding the material...of course now its too late to do anything about that. I hate this, everything surrounding school brings anxiety to my life, because of all the pressure I put on my self to get straight A's. I've come to the conclusion that there is a certain element of perfectionism to anxiety disorders. does make sense to anyone? anyway, i just needed to vent. thanks!

Sending P&PT's your way, Mia. I have alot of confidence that you can overcome the pre-exam jitters. Post anytime. This is a good place to vent! (((hugs))) jan

I am a perfectionist as well and have had to learn to slow down. Just take some deep breaths before your exams, and good luck to you. This too shall pass.

Recently I read somewhere that people who suffer w/anxiety and depression are usually perfectionists, so yes your post does make a lot of sense.
