Does any1 buy their medication online?

Hi Gals, I just was wondering if anyone has had any success purchasing their medication online, and if so can you please give me the safe website(s) you are using?
My dilemma is that my new health insurance may not cover prescriptions, so I am trying to figure out what to do. The prescription coverage is mainly what I need. And I am paying the almost $300 a month for this darn health Ins!
I am trying to weigh my options on what to do, because with me not currently working and my husband being self-employed,this $300 a month is making things pretty tough for us financially...
I am trying to look online for work to do from the home, as well. So if anyone has any ideas there, that would be great too! ;0)
(I was an accounting assistant at a credit union for 13 years, so I am hoping I can find something to do from the home possibly in that area.)
If anyone has or is currently buying their meds from a 'reputable online company' with the knowledge that the medicine is genuine and safe, could you please let me know?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanx a bunch! HAPPY WEDNESDAY! hugs, shasta

I understand your financial position 100%. Dh & I are in the same situation (him self-employed, me unable to work at this time) and we have no insurance. I've looked into online meds & for me xanax) was about 400% more expensive! I don't think you will save any money, but maybe someone else will reply differently.

Hi Shasta,

My mom was out of work for a while and didn't have insurance. She looked everywhere and she found that costco had the best prices then anyone else. You don't need a membership to use the pharmacy. I don't know if meds are available online though..

Thanks for your help so far girls! That Costco link was helpful. At least now I know how much the Xanex would/should cost. I don't know if I could make it across town tho' to the crowed Costco store tho'at this point. So I still am not quite sure what to do yet.
So if anyone else has their 2cents to put in, that would be great too!
Thanx again girls, I hope you are having a relaxing evening! hugs, shasta
P.s. please let us know how your MIL and dh are feeling k?

Sheri Ann, so how does that work buying meds online. We have Priority Health, which costs us $450 a month for premiums cause my dh is self employed also and I only work part time. Even with co-pay, I paid $56 for 3 months supply of xanax. I thought I should get 90 days for one co-pay but obviously it's not that way. It's so confusing. But if you buy online do you need to send in your prescription from the doc? I am always looking for ways to save money.....right now my dh's meds cost us about $100 a month, and that's just co-pay and then you add my Xanax.....boy you can hardly eat after all that. Hope you are all feeling well today, it's extremely hot here in MI and very humid. Not good for the anxiety.....but I'm feeling pretty good the last few days. Jan

I've never bought any meds online. I just called around the local pharmacies & found a huge difference between them.
