went back to the gym today

this is my first time going back since my anxiety got really bad 2 months ago. my anxieties revolved around breathing, so it was especially hard to go back to working out because it generally leaves you feeling out of breath. anyway, i was a runner before doing about 6 miles a day. today wasn't quite as successful, i only did about 25 minutes on the eliptical. I started feeling out of breath and had to work really hard at not feeling anxious...now that im home I dont feel too hot and im really trying to hold back a panic attack, I guess it's going to take some more hard work and determination. either way, im happy i made the decision to go back (considering I pay a lot of money every month to be a member).

Whoo hoo! Way to go, gf! It will probably be small steps in the beginning, but this fear will lose it's grip. I know what you mean about the money invested. I get so mad @ myself if I don't get to the Y
