Hi Ana -

I wanted to thank you, and everybody else that responded to my post, for your thoughtful words and advice ... It helps so much ... Sometimes I feel like I "doom" myself from the get go when I wake up anxious about what the day would bring ... Instead of letting it pass, I dwell on it and any little thing that happens or goes wrong I think "Oh no, here we go again...it's going to be a bad one" ... I need to work on helping myself get out of this mind set!

Well, I hope that you are doing well today and that everybody else is, too. If you ever need to talk, just let me know ... As long as I'm online, I'm always up for a chat!

Take care,
Maribeth

Ana -
im glad you're feeling better than you did the other night. I dont know about the headache part, I know people who get headaches that last for more than a day or two...i personally hardly ever get headaches, so i dont know what to tell you.
I think you should try focusing on the busy week ahead, instead of paying attention to your headache or other symptoms. finding ways to distract yourself will really help in the long run.

Ana, I too get headaches with my anxiety. I also get pains in my neck and shoulders that go away when I take my xanax. Soooo, I guess that tells me my anxiety has a lot to do with it. I am starting to feel better, just trying to take it one day at a time. I would be doing much better if the family stress would go away. There is just so much icky stuff going on and it seems like this has been the longest 9 months of our lives. We so need some closure. Financial stuff because of my son's divorce....and job loss, illness etc. It's just enough already. Ya Know. I hope you are feeling better. JanW
