Hi again,Gals-
My doctor's clinic is offering E-Visits, However when I asked about it today, they emailed me that my doctor was not yet participating in this. (bummer for me!)
So I sent the following email. Please let me know your thoughts. Does this sound dumb or that I am crazier than I feel today? Thanx a bunch, gals! hugs, shasta
Hi Suzanne,
Thanks for your prompt response. I really appreciate it.
I guess I need to make an appointment then. I need a refill of xanax-needed for anxiety.
I was wondering if there was any way to get the first appointment of the day?
I have had anxiety since I quit my job in Nov03, and it had gotten so bad to where it was hard for me to leave the house, I am embarassed to say.
I am getting a little better everyday by making short trips to the store and to run short errands, but it is a little hard for me to have to 'wait' at places or be somewhere for an extended period of time, without getting anxious, and worrying that that could possibly escalate into a panic attack.
Luckily I have only had about 4 or 5 panic attacks from Nov03 to now, that I can recall. I think the xanax does helps this. Also I have a online support group that is also helping.
But this is the reason why I was hoping for a first appointment of the morning.
Can you please help me with this? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thank-you, and have a pleasant afternoon. :)
P.S. Please feel free to forward this email to Dr.Bob Ballman, if needed.

Hey Shasta, I think that e-mail sounds great. That is so cool about the e-visits! I hope your doc joins that soon.
