I wanted to update everyone about my agoraphobia/panic attacks on interstate highways.

I saw a therapist. We had an evaluation session first. After the first session, we did the hypnotherapy. I could only afford one hypnotherapy session. I'll not go into detail about what I remembered from the hypnotherapy session. After the session, I drove on the interstate. I felt a bit nervous before getting on the interstate. While on the interstate, I rememebered one of the stories that was told to me during the session. And, it seem to help me. The nervousness subsided. I began driving more on the interstate a bit at a time. I had made reservations/plans months ago to meet friends in a city one hour and a half away. To get to this city, I knew I would need to take the interstate.

I drove to that city. I stayed overnight. The overnight stay was difficult. It seems that I have issues with feeling safe away from home. My drive back was fine. Since then, I've been taking the interstate each time that I can. I seem so far to be doing just fine.

Off the subject, but one of the ladies here mentioned that she wanted to know about how my 5k run went. Well, I won my division (women ages 30-34). It was pretty neat. My first race. I don't know that I'll run another though. I like the simplicity of just running.

Thanks for your time! Blessings!
