I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I can't remember if you are taking meds or not. If so, are they helping? If not, what do you usually do for the anxiety?
I hope you are feeling better by the time you read this.
The best thing you can do at a time like this is post on this board. It is amazing, and the people are so kind and empathetic. Good for you for reaching out. Hope it helps. Love, JD
Ana, Sounds like you're not getting much sleep these days, and lack of sleep can make anxieties so much worse. I think you should take your doctor's advice and go for therapy. It would probably make you feel so much better. Also, you might want to ask your doctor for something to help you sleep for those nights that your anxieties won't let you sleep. Do you exercise? Maybe try doing some yoga. If you learn the basic techniques, it could be something that you could do when you can't sleep to help you relax.
I know how difficult it can be to go for help. When I was at my lowest, my DH was the one that forced me to go to the doctor and he even came with me. I felt so much better. And now I know that her door is always open if I need to come and talk.
