Beastly Fatigue

Hey guys how are you all?! Ive been doing ok, school started and I am exhausted. I cannot seem to get rid of this fatigue though. I slept for 13 hours one night, and woke up tired. I can sleep all of the time, and when I am not sleeping, I am too tired to do ANYTHING. Does anyone know if this is anxiety related? Could this be from my meds? How do I get more energy?! I am tired even typing this! Thanks!!

Katie, do you take any vitamins? Once I started taking a good multivitamin, my fatigue went away & my anxiety improved with it. It must be hard getting back into "school mode" after summer break.

Katie, when I was taking lexapro and klonopin I could sleep all the time, but this started hapenning to me about a week after taking the medications and you've been taking them for a while I think, right? so it's a little less likely. as Sheriann said it is possible your body is just getting back into the groove of going to school, maybe its even a little depression? don't hesitate to call your doctor, they can help you determine what's causing the fatigue. Even if its your medication, don't worry, there are medications out there that can help you without making you feel so tired.
good luck :)

Hi,
as mentioned yep meds can cause fatigue. you can always call your doctor or even your pharmists and ask about it. You have already been given some great advice. I also know that anxiety/stress etc can cause one to be more tired etc. I have gone through periods of this myself.
wishing you well
((hugs)) jen
