I chose *other.* @ times, each of these areas has thrown me for a loop. That's why I strive for balance & attempt to keep my stressors to a minimum. If I can't, then I find time to get a breather. Be kind to myself. Plan an activity for *me.* (((hugs))) jan

I also put "other"

In my situation I think that to a certian extent my inabitity to accept my diagnosis does it to me, as well as numerous other things, especially lack of sleep.

I also still have the intrusive awful thoughts that I know hold me back, its just another thing that I'm working on.

As soon as I feel a panic symptom I immediately go into my scared zone and then it seems to progress. I have gotten better at controlling this as the time has gone by and hopefully it will keep getting better.

Jan I put other. It depends on where my head is at. All of the above have done it but it had to do with a state that I was already in. When I was agoraphobic, there was no news channels on the TV because I would totally come unglued. when things are rolling along smoothly as now I have nothing but news on. I would say for me it just depends. I have not had a panic attack for about 8 yrs now but I do suffer from anxiety off and on, some normal and some from the disorder. I can really blow everything way out of normality. Debbie

You know, Judy, I sat bolt upright in bed @ 3 AM this morning & realized that I had meant to put *illness* as one of the choices. It can really throw me for a loop. My allergies are kicking up. Even as

Like Jan, I voted "Other" almost for the same reason. Like I told my dh who seems to thrive on drama, I like
