I keep seeing this term and don't know what it refers to.

Hi Laura,


pdoc is psychatrist or (I think) psychologist. Tdoc is therapist.


Hope that helps.. I know that in the beginning I had no clue what everyone was saying..

A-ha! Makes sense now. To avoid confusion I've been referring to my psychiatrist as Psychiatrist (as if that were his name) and my social worker as Therapist to avoid confusion, but partly to be funny. I don't know if anyone watches Will and Grace, but on the show Karen refers to her servants not by name but by their job. In other words, she says Driver, Cook, etc. I thought it was funny, so I kind of adopted it for use here.
