Always good to get a positive update. That is great inspiration for those still struggling on the board. Thanks for sharing, Yavonne. Keep up the exercise. It will melt the anxiety, as well as the pounds away. I KNOW you can win that prize! Good luck! (((hugs))) jan

Me too, Yavonne.
I hate the anticipation...I am better off doing things spontaneously now...Maybe someone on the board can give us some tips on how to 'not worry about events happening days or even weeks or months in advance'...I hate the worry! yuck!
But I am so glad to hear you are doing good. I feel exercise helps a lot with my anxiety too.
You will do great on Monday! I wish you a peaceful evening.
Have a great day tomorrow!
hugs, shasta

I know about that anxiety days ahead of time. If I've got a doctors appointment or therapy appointment I obsess about it for days ahead of time. I usually have them set up my appointments for in the morning hours cause if I don't I'm a nervous wreck before I even get there. They seem to understand this and I never have a problem getting an early appointment. They also alot of times will let me sit in a differant room as I'm claustrophobic and go into attacks if a lot of people are there.

Sounds as if you're fighting this and getting some positive results so keep up whatever it is you're doing.

It sounds like your doctor's office is very nice.
