Just a post update

I seemed to have a really bad week all of last week. Even seeing my therapist did nothing to even remotely alleviate my stress. However, My weekend was fantastic. Spent alot of time with the animals, the horse was being in a playful lovey mood and I spent hours combing him and loving on him. Walked the goat, puppy, and 5 cats to the back of the property. Sunday my partner and I went out visiting and stayed for more then three hours. I even went with my friend Judy to her daughters house. For me this was phenomenal. I can usually not be away from home for more then an hour (when I'm capable of leaving at all that is) And for me to ride with someone other then Mel is almost non- existent. Not sure how I did it but I'm definatly not going to question it. Now here it is Monday and today was kind of so so. Somewhere in between last week and last weekend.

Good for you, Keitha! Maybe the animals helped you out? Just kidding--I'd love to give my cats credit for a bunch of stuff, but they're like my own kids, just as I'm sure your animals are like yours. I'm glad you took such a big step, quite literally. This is the perfect time of year to venture out and about, too. Take advantage of the gorgeous weather, and reflect on a job well done.

As for this week, just take it day by day. For me, I tend to feel better when my husband is home for the weekend. Maybe it's just something about being alone--though if I keep really busy, it's all good (though I get tired). Anyway, enough of my babble. I'm just happy you had such a relaxing weekend. :)

Hey Keitha!
How are you doing today? I hope great!
I actually got out of the house for a few today, first time since Thursday.
But I was REALLY bad and went to Taco Bell, then stopped to get milk, and ended up buying ice cream too! (I just was craving it!) So I was really bad! That isn't going to reflect to well on me for this weeks WWU!!! ;0)
I hope you had a great day and to hear from you soon.
hugs,
shasta
