This may be something already addressed previously, but does anyone's anxiety get worse when they are PMSing?

Mine seems to get worse. Just wondering if there is any correlation.

Oh Yeah.. BIG TIME.. that is the worst time of the month for me. My pdoc has even talked about upping my lexapro just because of that.

I have posted this before and almost everyone on the board has the same thing...

Thanks Heather. As usual my little brain cannot hold all these things in. I knew I saw a thread about this before. But was just trying to jog my memory (which comes and goes). You are always a wealth of information and support.

Thanks again.

That's an affirmative, Alison. I am not as regular as I was when younger. When I have unexplained anxiety(I was awakened twice last night) then, I can count on my period starting within a week. It does help alot to know that we all share this. I need an extra dose of reassurance sometimes. Good luck! Sending P&PT's your way. (((hugs))) jan
