Dh left today and things were rough. Justin cried REALLY bad and that was tough but it made me have to be strong for him.

Hey Heather, sorry to hear you aren't feeling just right. I myself haven't felt exactly that way when the anxiety kicks in....but it could very well be. I'm sure it was a very emotional day and along with the hormones....well anything is possible. I have been feeling pretty good, and things in our family are going pretty good too. It's like I am afraid to feel happy, cause then maybe tomorrow it will all change again. I even pray about that, . I just feel I don't want to get to comfortable being happy, because the other shoe could drop again. When you have been through a lot, I think it takes a while to relax and enjoy the good times.....It's Scary....and it's very depressing. Let us know how you are feeling. Take care Thoughts and Prayers to you. JanW

(((Heather))) It was a very stressful day, just like the other Jan said. Chances are the stress, the hormones, all these things were @ work. BTW, even on a good day for me, I have been known to walk into walls. I am the most accident prone person I know:)

Needlepoint will work like a charm. It's very relaxing. Some insurance companies are looking into the lifestyles of folks & give a slight discount for needleworkers. It isn't mainstream yet, but it may well be in the future. The same is coming for those folks with pets. Take it easy. I know you'll be ok. Be strong for the young 'ens:) Sending P&PT's your way. (((hugs))) jan

When I get my period, I often feel more anxious. (like right now!) I got mine yesturday, and i was like "oh, maybe that is why I'm feeling this way!" i am surprised month. It is so nice that you got to take the boys to say goodbye to their daddy. It's good for them. You were very strong for them, but you also can be sad. You seem like a wonderful person and a wonderful mother. Good luck.
