A reason to celebrate

I have been dealing with anxiety for a couple days, upset stomach, headache, and restlessness. But today I have a reason to feel good about myself!
I received my diploma in the mail today for Practical Nursing!! This means I am eligible to take my LPN boards. I plan to stick with the RN program for now but I have this to fall back on. I feel like I have a little something to show for all the hard work and stress I have been going through. Now I just need to finish out this year and have even more to be happy about.
Just wanted to share this with someone.
Lisa

Congratulations - I hope to follow in your footsteps soon in furthering my education. It is a lot of hard work. Good for you!!

Lisa....Congratulations all the stress has paid off for you. You should be very proud of yourself. You've shown us what alot of hard work and determination can do for a person. You've gone this far so as I see it the stars are the limit for you girl so just keep on reaching.

That's great Lisa! I didn't know the RN program worked like that. Wow! Are you going to take the boards? I know they are expensive, but you could then work per diem if you wanted, right? What a great opportunity. When I was in LPN school, I worked at Foxwoods casino in CT per diem. I worked Holidays & weekends only, there was no way I could work during the week with my classes. Horray for Lisa!!

YEAH Lisa!
That is great to know that you
Thanks for all your caring and support!! No one in the real world takes the time to acknowledge happy moments these days. I am keeping my chin up and trying to keep focused on the good stuff. Winter break will be upon us quickly and I might get some much needed rest.
