I'm sorry to hear this, Yavonne. I know that it's a disappointment to face setbacks & it's a stress for us that leads to more anxiety. But, it isn't the end of the world. Helping yourself to feel better by taking the St. John's wort is nothing shameful. Many of us can relate to this. You mentioned the time change. I have read quite a bit about Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD.) I seem to have problems every winter when the days are shorter & the sunlight is gone. It is depressing & that urge to sleep is a hard one to shake. Don't be too hard on your self. Consider light therapy. Try to find that balance between sleep & wake. It may take an extra push to get back to exercising &
I'm sorry to hear you are going through a tough time. The same happens with me. I do great & then the anxiety rears its ugly head again. The time change really affected me.
