Well I got all my test results back and they all came back fine, I was suppose to go into the office for a appointment but with the new job I just didn't make it, so i got the results over the phone, the only one that came back negitive was my blood, it is somewhat low, but that is normal for me, I'm suppose to take iron tabs, but never do, I hate them. but maybe if i could find a multi vitimin that isn't huge, that I can swallow I will take those, so far can't find one, any suggestions????
The new job is ok, the getting up at 5am is really hard, I hate it, I have always been a nite owl and find it hard to get to bed and sleep early. I am still in training have 2 weeks of that to go and there is so much to learn, I'm afraid I won't know it all and there is a test at the end! Some days I ask myself why did I do this, I had my employment for the winter so I did have money coming in, but I have to look at it on the positive side, I'm out of the house and feel like I'm contributing , and I'm meeting new people.
So i will follow this through and hope for the best. haven't been able to make chat , but once i get used to these hours I'll pop in to say hello!
Take Care Everyone

I hate iron pills too. We won't go into the reasons. Anyway, I am slightly anemic and was even more so when I was pregnant. I told my dr the iron pills caused me problems. He recommended one called Slow FE. It is a slow release capsule and the side effects aren't as bad. Have you tried it?

Thanks for all the reply's and the suggestion about the vitimins!! I went right out and got the raw liver last nite......... haha Jan!!!! I might try the children's w/ iron see how they work for me, plus they taste good! Allison the only time I've taken the Slow FE was when I was pregant , but I might look into that one also! Hope everyone is doing good and getting excited for Xmas. Take care

Hi! Congrats on the new job! I've felt like taht too during the "newness" stage. Just give yourself time, allow yourself to make mistakes without beating yourself up. You'll get into your own groove in a couple months.

I understand what you mean about multi vitamin size. I take Centrum A-Z and what I've learned from someone on another board about swallowing them (and yes this works). Is first try not to think of choking on it. Then put some water in your mouth (don't swallow the water yet) then put the vitamin in your mouth then some more water and drink/swallow. It will go down and you won't even feel it.
