The website promises you to be panic free or your money back- it says it's $47 to download the book immediately & the price goes back to $138 tomorrow. Has anyone tried this? After the day I've had I'm ready to try it, please advise anyone.

Heh, maybe we are all subconsciously worried about what 2006 has in store for us. Hopefully it's a brand new year with a brand new start for us all!!!!

As for the book: I wouldn't do it. That's a lot of money to shell out for an ebook. That's just me though.

Hi, Christina! That website has been mentioned in the past. However, it was over a year ago, so I was unable to find the thread through the advanced search. I know that @ this time, you want an immediate cure. However, this might not be too realistic. IMHO, that's alot of money for something that *if* it was really effective, many on our board would have used it by now & would be singing it's praises. The Lucinda Bassett program is very expensive, but many folks have found it successful. Have you thought about sleeping on this & making a decision when you don't feel so stressed? Sometimes that price increase is just a tease to get a person to buy now. Please take care. Good luck & GBU! (((hugs))) jan

Hi Christina, Nice to meet you! This is Shasta, here! :0)
I have to agree with everything all the other girls said...I know it would be SO Great to have a 'magic pill',(so to speak),to make us all feel better...Just something to make us feel better, and NOW! :0D But I have not been lucky enough yet to find it.
But I always think of the saying "If it sounds 'too good' to be true, then it probably is'" So if it was me, I would probably pass on that website.
I also have 'The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook'
Maybe you can go to the bookstore and thumb through it, and see what you think?

I totally know how you feel your urgency about wanting this fixed now, I am with you!
I think the last couple weeks have been hard on some folks.
But we will keep Hangin' In There, Right???
I feel so blessed to be able to come here, and talk to you, and everyone else who knows how we feel.
Maybe you could take a bath with candles, relax, breathe all that yucky anxiety out, and think...2006 is Going to be where I make changes to fight anxiety and it will be Wonderful!
Sending you a BIG HUG!
Love, Shasta
Happy New Year

Sounds like a scam. What justification is there for the high price, and for an e-book no less? I'm with Sheri Ann--get The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook instead. It's really comprehensive and a great place to start.

I also found this site at a point I was in total anxiety mode - which is when I tend to make poor decisions!!! So I agree with what others have said about waiting a day. I just started working with the Lucinda Basett tapes - which are also expensive, but seem to be helpful right now. I am only on the first stage so I can't say. Also expensive...but you can find them on ebay for less with used items.

Today I also woke up in full panic mode, threw up, trying to get past it to move on with the day - so believe me - I can feel for you. Esp. with a 3 year old running around who just wants Mommy to pay better attention to him. It's so hard.

Here is hoping 2006 will be year to turn things around! I'm very hopeful...
