For me it's a combination of some of those things like my pets, they always make me feel better, my friends & sometimes my family, lol. Not having to worry about finances makes me feel very stable as well as being healthy. I don't think just one thing is enough for me. Each day is different as is what makes me feel good on those days

Happy New Year

I have to agree with Danielle. It's a combination of things for me. I need my sleep, good health & the support of family & friends around me. I like to keep my financial worries to a minumum & my faith in God to the max! It all boils down to having a well rounded life with the least stress possible. Change the things that I can and accept the things that I can't. HTH (((hugs))) jan

I am also a combination of things... I find that a routine is one of the keys for me, I don't like things to be thrown off track.

I couldn't pick just one because a number of those things help. Exercise, a healthy diet, and a strong support network are the most important for me. I would love to have a significant other but that's the kind of thing that I can't really control so I have learned to lean on other people in my life. I must admit that it's not the same, but I really lucky in that so many people are understanding and helpful.

Right now my husband and I are struggling to stay a float. He just started his own business and it is so scary. I do feel, that relationships are equally as important.

Hi Heather. I too wish that I could follow the serenity prayer more successfully - it sure is hard to do sometimes, isn't it? This is kind of off topic and I hope you do not mind my asking but was there something that happened or something that you realized from within that made you realize your faith?
