Just wanted to thank you all for your support and let you know that I am hanging in there. Admittedly I have not put any more thought into all of those confusing thoughts that I was having but I have journaled some and that always helps. Staying busy also helps. Today I need to pick up meds and take the new kitten to the vet for his final round of shots until he is 1. Keep your fingers crossed that the clinic at Petsmart isn't packed. I'm going to get there a few minutes early so hopefully that will help time wise. I am looking forward to tomorrow, nothing to do but work and get the kids to school. I'm so tired, need to get used to taking them to school in the morning. I guess vacation spoiled us all.
Hope you all have a good day!
Hugs
Danielle

Thanks for checking in Danielle.

Yes, I'm still working, I really enjoy what I do and the extra money helps us a lot. It was hard when my other mother (whom I work for) moved and mail got behind so did paychecks but I think we're back on track now.
I don't even go back and read what is in my journal. I think it's a way for me to throw things away. I let dh read the beginning when he was away over the summer. I think it gave him great insight into my thought process, rational or not but now he isn't allowed to read it.
I'll try to stop in tonight.

Hey Jennifer,
I agree that journaling is a great thing no matter how you use it. It feels so much better to get it out because sometimes these are not things you can say to other people. You can also tell by my handwriting what type of mood I was in. There is something that stops me from going back to read it, I tried one time and didn't get a few sentences in before I had to stop. I only journal when the mood strikes and usually it's a mood full of anxiety even if it's for something good to write, odd huh!
Glad I'm not the only one having issues getting up in the morning. 6:30 comes way too quickly especially when I have nights like last night when it took me over an hour to fall asleep, even with xanax on board. I was close to taking a second one when my alarm was screaming at me, lol
