Jennifer,

I am SO SORRY that this is happening to you.

Sometimes we don't know why and that makes it harder.... I wish I had an answer for you but all I can do is listen and send some prayers and hugs your way.

Keep your faith and hang on to that. God knows what we need but just don't forget to ask for it, ask for him to help calm you and ask to feel his presence. Also you have to thank him for all the things you do have..

Keep your Bible handy and turn to that.

Also know that we are here ANYTIME! If you need to chat PLEASE email me or post and I will meet you in chat..

Hi, sorry your having such a rough day. Don't let it get you down you have had a great week. Try to think in a positive light maybe today is just a fluke and tomorrow will be better. The trouble with panic attacks is they can come out of nowhere it seems sometimes. Be proud of what you have accomplished so far. Each day is a new beginning. Sorry to sound so cheezy :)

Hey Jennifer, I haven't talked with you before but am very familiar with those sudden attacks. They seem to come out of nowhere. I can get myself so worked up over the littlest things. The other night after work, I was sitting relaxing, and all of a sudden I couldn't remember if I had done something that was very important at work. Do you think I could remember, NOPE.....my heart was pounding, I was sweating. All over the fact I couldn't remember doing a job. I have worked at this place for 20 years, so it's all like clockwork. And yes when I went back, it was done. But I thought I would get a call and ask me why I hadn't done this thing, Oh it was awful. What makes us do that??? I get so mad about it later, but it just tore me up for about a day. So that's when the XANAX comes in handy. And I was doing really good too. So it happens to all of us I think. HOpe things are better.....JanW
