I placed a caution on this. If you trigger easy
please do not read this. If mentions of car
accidents trigger you, you may not want to
read this.

This is my story. Rather then type it out
its easier for me to link to what I have
previously writen.

Thanks for welcoming me,

Mary

TY. My triggers are not always easy to deal with. My hubby
sits on top of the remote and changes the chanel or mutes
the TV when he feels news may affect me. I feel stupid having
to have everyone watch out for me. My mother in law says its
all in my head and I need to get over it.

I have tried different calming techniques, for the most part
they work part of the time. It took me a long time to get
used to riding in a car again. The first time I had to ride
in the truck after it was returned to us, I flipped out. Took
hubby a while to get me into the truck to go to PT.

Some people feel I am making good strides tword recovery. Its
been almost 4 years.

Don't ever feel stupid because of what you are going through.
