The key to managing my anxiety is to keep busy.

Jennifer,

Unfortunately I am the SAME way. I get anxious if I sit and do nothing.

I always try to keep busy but since I have had so many problems with the Boys noses I have had to stay home and do nothing. Emotionally I have been so drained so when I am home I don't have any energy and that gets me anxious..lol

Seriously it has made me deal with my anxiety in a different way, I have learned to sit still and be ok and if I start to get anxious I just go with it and get up for a few or play a game with the Boys.

Now I am going to the gym every day and sometime twice a day but the Boys are going back in for surgery the 27th and dh is going to CA the 30th so i will really be homebound that week. I am going to have dh and I clean the house spotelss before the surgery and so when he goes away i will be able to give the Boys my undevided attention and not worry about housework of anything.. I am also going to premake some meals and ask some friends to help out also.

Enough about me.. sounds as though you are doing so well, makes you sleep better!!!

Hugs,
