That's great news about the signing, Kimberly! The med is working, but I know you need to give yourself some credit for coping better. Congrats!


As for what activities you should document, I would say all of them. If you're housecleaning, put the specific activity such as vacuuming down. Some things do raise our heart rates more than others. If you're messing on the pc, write that down, too. Any questions you can always call the technician that applied the monitor & ask. Good luck! (((hugs))) jan

thanks for replying.


i knew to put on activities that would increase my heart rate, such was walking, exercising etc. i just wasn't too sure how detailed i should get. so far i put on i used the computer for 1.5 hrs and vacuumed for 20 min. next i'll be doing laundry, so i'll jot down every time i walk up & down the stairs from my apt to the basement.

My doc phoned me with the results, I want to say it was less than 2 weeks.
