OK, so not as bad as a month ago, maybe because I'm not so afraid of it any more. about three minutes ago my heart jumped hard, then beating fast, sweaty shaky palms (now my finger are cold), and tingling teeth, fingers and behind my ears/jaw.

Maybe I'll call it a night for the homework just watch tv for a while.

It seems to me that you are just pushing too hard & your body is fighting it.

:) Thanks. I'm feeling fine now, it only lasted a few minutes. Tired, though...couldn't sleep til two last night, then back up at six!

*sigh*

I'm about to take a nap. I know it will keep me up again tonight, but I don't have to get up so early tomorrow and I have a lot of work to do...

You're right, I do need more downtime. I need to schedule it in, though. I fritz away my free time in front of the internet procrastinating when I should be working, which isn't especially relaxing!

On a higher note, DH is coming in to visit tonight! :o)

Hi just checking in to see if you are OK today??
Panic is easier after you have gone through it
a few times! You know you aren't dying or going crazy
and that it will stop!!! Hope you are OK today! Judy

:) Thanks Judy.

You're right. This one was much easier to deal with than previous ones, because instead of worrying about my heart I just kept telling myself that there's nothing wrong with my heart and it would pass. The fact that my symptoms came on very fast over break, and subsided almost as quickly gives me some evidence to present to myself that I do not have some heart condition just waiting to kill me.

It was uncomfortable and frustrating, and a little bit scary, but not terrorizing like before.
