For me it is about future events or what I have to do the next morning or stuff from the past couple years. Sometimes my own heartbeat keeps me up at night, it gets so difficult.

I have been having them more often then usual lately, being sick, school ds health and dd

dd, oh OMG no wonder. LOL, but I try to say to myself hey it could be worst RIGHT!!! I

telling myself that, YEA!! Just been try to take one thing at a time and what's the most

important? of course family! so than where does that leave school, Ok ya'll I know ya'll

have been there I am sure. I am such a worry wart tho.
