Underlying anxiety

Just had this strange feeling of "fullness" and it feels like anxiety is bubbling up. I had a pretty good week at school this last week and this next one looks alright but I am starting to feel anxiety rear its ugly head.

I think its weird the way it can sneak up on a person like that. Hope you all are having an anxiety free weekend!

Thanks for listening,

Lisa

Anxiety is so dang sneaky! I hate that part of it. Just when things seem to be going ok, it's BAAACK & discombobulating. I try to pay it no mind, Lisa. I re-focus & keep on truckin.' Sometimes it's much easier to beat the *free floating* stuff that you can't put your finger on. Other times, it's exhausting keeping yourself busy & distracted. Life for us is a struggle. We ought to get a medal for everyday we make it through. I wish I could take it all away. Just know that you're NOT alone. Good luck & GBU! (((hugs))) jan

Thanks Jan,

Yes this stuff is *sneaky*. We need to hang a bell around its neck so we can hide from it when it comes around.

I have now progressed to being itchy and scratchy. Hoping to watch a little Grey's Anatomy and get my mind onto my favorite show. Maybe that will help.

Thanks for being so supportive, helps to remember I am not alone;-)

(((hugs)))

Barb,

Most of my weekend was anxiety free *but* yesterday that weird feeling moved in. This morning has been better. Thanks--Lisa

Lisa, maybe you could benefit from Rescue Remedy that I was reading about today. See my reply under the post 'Has Herbs Helped You', this may be something you could look into!
