Sorry I've been a Stranger

Life has been crazy lately.

We did buy the car, We picked it up on Tuesday. I've only taken it out once because we had the windows tinted 2 days after we bought it and then dh had to go back to work. I am anxious to get in it again. I'm so happy that I'm not afraid of the car, major progress. The car is so SWEET! I love it. She doesn't like anything below 4th gear, lol
The car color is called Cherry Mica but to me it's black cherry even though the kids call it purple, lol If you want to see it just go to mazdausa.com and look up the mazda speed6 grand touring.

I'm still dealing with issues with my breasts. I am seeking 2nd opinions from high calibur dr's in Beverly Hills. I know that I can't afford for them to do a surgery on me but a 2nd opinion is never harmful and since my current dr is well known in CO I didn't think I'd be able to get an objective opinion.

Therapy is going well. I like the new therapist. I meet with the psychiatrist for the first time on the 1st. I've been doing great off of the lithium. I hope to get off of the lamictal as well. I still need to get my anxiety under control but that is something else altogether. I know I did the right thing in leaving Jane, I'm actually getting therapy now : ) We've been talking a lot about my mother which has always been a huge source of anxiety for me. It feels good to be on the right track. Hopefully I'll like the psychiatrist. I'd like dh to go with me but he might not make it home from work on time, keep your fingers crossed that he does. I also have therapy that afternoon and that dh is definitely going to. I want him there on occasion, I think it's good for the both of us.

In a large summary that is what has been going on here. Stressful things but good things just the same.

How are you all doing? I hate when I am away from the board this long. I've been listening to a lot of music and doing a lot of word-finds, I love them : )

Hmmm... Black cherry is an apt description. I was thinking sort of a shade of eggplant:) Good luck with the second opinion, Danielle. We missed you & appreciate the update. (((hugs))) jan

Thanks Jan.

I think eggplant is close but just a touch too dark, lol
Don't ya hate colors that are so hard to describe like this.

It is always good to get a second opinion! I hope there is nothing wrong with your breasts. I haven't seen the reason why, but do you have a questionable lump? OMG that is so scary. I am praying that all with be well with the 2nd opinion and the first doc was wrong.

I had a breast lift & implants done in September and I had a lot of complications. I was very lucky in that the end result could have been SO much worse than it is but I have discomfort issues and cosmetic defects as a result of the complications. I still have some external healing to do so it could get better but I'd like to know where I can go from here even if I have to wait another 6 months to do it. Patients is not a virtue that I was blessed with, lol

oh, that is great it is not a life threatening issue. I understand that breast lifts and augmentations can take a long time to heal, there is so much done during the procedure. What is the second opinion for, is your surgeon giving you problems?
