Sheri,
Jeanie,
I was the SAME WAY yesterday and still a bit today. I have the after effects that take days to go away.
If you are getting sick then it's normal for anyone to feel anxiety, nevermind a person WITH anxiety.
Jay was great last night at helping me and telling me that same things, it will pass as it has ALWAYS done in the past.
Jeannie, the invite stands ANYTIME for you and anyone else in the group that needs to chat.

I forgot to add in about the disconnected feelings.

It is scary annoying and every negative I can think of!!
Panic is terrible keep reminding yourself that YOU WILL BE OK!!!
YOU ARE NOT DYING OR GOING CRAZY!! These FEELINGS make you FEEL
so horrible but it is just FEELINGS!! CLOSE YOUR eyes and visualize
the most beautiful place you have been---- get into this place and
feel the comfort and joy of it!! Practice doing this when you feel
better and you will be able to do this when you feel dizzy!!
I have allergies and hate feeling dizzy this is one thing I DO!!
TAKE CARE and I hope you FEEL BETTER SOON!! Judy
I can't think of anything that can cause more anxiety and fear than a sick child and upcoming surgery or tests.
