Thank you so much for your concern. that is really touching to me and knowing that I'm missed at chat will give me double the incentive to make it tonight!!! It is still on Tues and Thurs 9-11 p.m. right? I have been soooo busy, lol , well for one getting fatter by the minute ;) and my midterms are all next week. I have missed a bit of classes from not feeling so great and one day I missed cause I had a PA in the parking lot walking to class. UGHHHHHH!!!!! I turned back around and went home :(. But, I think I am getting a better handle on my PA's and Anxiety. I (think) I have finally figured out that it is physical symptoms triggering the attacks. I.E. the baby (and my belly) is getting big enough where when I walk aways I start to get breathless or short of breath and that triggers an attack. Or, lately, I have noticed my stomach feels almost like it is hot and actually makes me feel warm all the time, especially face and cheeks. Anybody have anything similar to that ever? I thought it could be heartburn or acid reflux but I dont know if that would cause my whole body to feel warmer or flushed feeling. I still come here just about everyday to stay caught up and read everybody's posts. I am really gonna try to make chat tonight! Lookin forward to chattin with you all!!!!
Andrea

Omgosh oh how I remember those warm flushed feelings with my last pregancy. My face would feel so hot along with my neck and chest. My ob said it was hot flashes,(didnt think I would have those being preg)but whats worse is they never went away.My daughter is 3 now and I still have them. Now he tells me menopause is creeping in.So that would mean I was 31 when that started, but so was my mom.I would like to think my doc is wrong and that I am having them, because of my period, because a week in a half before my period
