Aww... (((Sheri Ann))) I think you know that stresses build up & when we least expect it, panic strikes. You are still recovering from the trip to CT & the lengthy visit from your folks. You have had alot of recent changes, too. Like the A&P online class. IMHO, until you get a few panic free outings with your dd

Sheri Ann sorry about the panic attack my friend. But on the other hand I've noticed you are getting out more and thats great. They sure do have a tendency to sneek up on you when they are least expected. Good luck with the increase of Lexapro. I'm not sure what I'm going to be on next week but I see my pdoc and need to talk with him about something to help the depression that seems to be creeping in between my anxiety. That and something to help me sleep since I just ran out of the medication they sent home with me from the hospital. I don't use it every night but there are those nights I really need help.

(((Sheri Ann)))

Seems like a bunch of us are having anxiety, trouble sleeping, and panic attacks. Hopefully the first day of spring will hurry up and we can get some time outdoors!! I know getting outside would help me feel better.

Hope the Lexapro helps out and you can get some rest!!

Hey gals, I just remembered something my mother once told me. My SIL was manic depressive, and it always seemed to get worse for a while in the fall and in the spring. I just wonder, when I feel very anxious again the last few weeks, if there is some truth to any of this, or just an old wives tale (or old mothers tale LOL). Do you think possible the change of seasons could do that????? I don't know but something causes it. Just something to make us go HMMMM???? JanW

sheriann :( im sorry! I hope increasing the lexparo helps alleviate your anxiety, obviously, medication alone can't solve everything, you just have to keep working on those breathing and relaxation techniques.

anyway, just a thought about this morning's panic attack. I think one

Jan I have heard that also about other medical issues, the winter months for some reason seemed to make them worse.
